Approval for Peterborough Office to be Converted into Flats

The Evening Telegraph have reported on our Toll House development.

A Peterborough office can be converted into 10 flats after planning permission was granted.

The city council has given the green light for East West Holdings Limited to carry out the development at Toll Bar House in Shrewsbury Avenue, Woodston.

The current office building is on the west side of Shrewsbury Avenue and is surrounded by housing.

Opposite the site are offices and buildings occupied by Cross Keys Homes.

No negative responses to the plans were received by the council.

The authority said: “Upon assessment of the proposed development and following consultation with relevant bodies, it is considered that the proposed development will not result in any unacceptable impact upon the safety of the public highway, contaminated land, increased flood risk elsewhere or be at risk of flooding itself, or unacceptable noise disturbance to occupants from surrounding commercial premises.”
