Fitzwilliam Street

Featuring two commercial units and five one bedroom apartments
In November 2020, we purchased a property for £310,000 and initially submitted planning for 7 one-bedroom flats and 2 commercial units under permitted development rights, which was refused. In March 2021, we resubmitted the plans as a full application, and by April, the council approved 5 one-bedroom apartments and 2 commercial units. The strip-out began in May 2021, with works completed by December. We also fulfilled all planning approval conditions, reconfiguring the property with new power and water connections. With £200,000 spent on the project, the property was projected to sell for £1.075 million by February 2022.
