Plans for this project – 6 Houses, 15 x 2 Bedroom Apartments and 6 x 3 Bedroom Apartments. (27 units in total)

Derelict housing for over 20 years, overgrown forest. Current owners initial thoughts were to get 5 bungalows to the rear of the land. After working with architects we managed to get 6 houses and 6 flats submitted for planning. Plus the front two buildings we’re able to merge these together to achieve 15 units keeping the front features due to them being locally listed.
