For new builds, we provide a 10-year structural guarantee along with a 2-year development warranty, which includes aftercare. Additionally, a third-party warranty covers internal works for 2 years.
The duration of a project varies based on its size, planning conditions, and local council requirements. On average, a new build may take up to 2 years from start to finish. Converting commercial properties to residential use generally takes 12-18 months, with projects involving around say 40 units averaging about 15 months.
Yes, we offer site access and development tours for potential investors or buyers. These tours are scheduled to ensure that all areas are safe for general access. We provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) to visitors, and each tour is accompanied by a site representative.
We fully cover HSE requirements with dedicated site management. Trades must wear appropriate PPE and provide public liability insurance and job-specific RAMS. Sites will have necessary facilities, signage, fencing, security cameras, and a site management plan (SMP). A qualified first aider will be on site at all times.
